Continous Glucose Monitors (CGM) for Beginners
Curious about how your body responds to food, movement, stress, and sleep?
Join me, a clinical nutritionist, for a low-key, virtual group program where we’ll explore real-time blood sugar insights using a CGM. We’ll apply the monitor together, discuss what we’re noticing, and learn how to spot patterns in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Whether you’re simply curious or ready for a deeper dive, this group is a powerful way to connect with your body and take the guesswork out of nutrition.

Dates and Time: Online via Zoom. Weekly on Tuesdays from October 14 to November 18
- First class: 6:30-8:00 p.m. Alaska Time / 7:30-9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. During this first session we will apply our CGMs together.
- The remaining sessions are 1 hour each, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Alaska Time / 7:30-8:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
