Running Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) Groups: A Practical Training for Nutritionists

Want to bring CGM’s into your practice in a way that creates impact and builds community?

This training will show you exactly how to design and lead a CGM group program that turns raw glucose data into meaningful insights and sustainable behavior change. You’ll wear a CGM yourself to experience the process firsthand, while learning how to:

  • Interpret glucose patterns and translate them into actionable coaching
  • Guide clients through food experiments, tracking and reflection
  • Facilitate dynamic and supportive group discussions
  • Build a motivating group environment that keeps clients engaged. 

You’ll walk away with practical tools, a clear roadmap, and the confidence to launch your own CGM group program.

Date and Time:  Online via Zoom. Mondays—Oct. 20, 27 & Nov. 3

  • First class: 7-8:30 p.m. EST. In this class we will apply our CGMs together.
  • Remaining classes are 1 hour each, from 7-8 p.m. EST.

The first session is 1.5 hours, and during the first class we will apply our CGMs together.  The remaining sessions are 1 hour each.

Pricing:  $250 for all three sessions and the CGMs. Payment plans available.
