Happy Spring!! The days are growing warmer and the snow will be gone before we know it! Have you ever wondered how to make the transitions between seasons easier on yourself? Do you wonder what foods to eat this time of year as we move from Winter into Spring?
Come join me for a 2-part class in which we discuss ways to support yourself during this seasonal transition.
- Learn about detoxification, what it is and how to detox in a safe and gentle way.
- Learn how to eliminate and reduce toxins from your body and your everyday world.
- Practice simple relaxation techniques which de-stress the body and the mind.
- Discuss foods that are supportive for Spring as we move into warmer weather.
This class will be held Thursday night on April 13 and 20th from 7-8PM at 610 W 2nd Ave, Suite 100 in my office at Restore Wellness Nutrition.
