Come join me for a 2-part class in which we discuss ways to support yourself during this seasonal transition.

  • Practice simple relaxation techniques which de-stress the body and the mind.

Upcoming Events for Restore Wellness


I hope all of you are enjoying time relaxing during this holiday weekend.  It is so important to take time to rest and recharge whenever we can.

I want to share some of the upcoming events that I have the honor of participating in. On Wednesday, November 30th from 6-7  PM, Liz Eldridge and I will be doing a Himalayan Salt Block cooking class at her store, The Spice and Tea Exchange.  This class will include a hands on cooking demo and also highlight several types of salts from around the world, of which her store carries over 20  international varieties.   Class is $25- to participate and seating is limited.  Please call 907-222-4832 to register for the class.
