“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I’ll meet you there.” – Rumi
Suanne has helped me immensely over and over with my digestive issues. I had no idea the impact a nutritionist could make on your overall health. It is so much more than food! She continues to help me with any questions or advice I need. She is very patient with me as digestive issues are hard to pinpoint and really make me frustrated. Since working with her, my health has become so much better and I couldn’t be happier with the progress! Thank you!!!
Suanne has a knack for understanding people and understanding issues. When she pairs those skills with her nutritional knowledge, you are bound to get the best possible outcome. Being a long-time Anchorage resident, she knows the impacts of living in Alaska and how exactly to manage your nutrition with the given resources. Her clients range from those in the beginning stages of nutritional education to veterans of healthy lifestyles. I recommend her services to anyone who is interested in nutrition. I grew up with nutrition as a basis and I still go to her for advice on how to combat certain issues with good habits. You will be surprised as to what she has to offer. Even if you do not have a specific goal in mind, she will help you funnel your thoughts and ideas into a goal that meets your needs.
I needed a cleanse and contacted Suanne for guidance, ie what cleanse to do and what supplements to take. I felt supported through the cleansing process by her guidance, listening skills and knowledge. Not only did she help with the cleansing process itself, but guided me back into cleaner, healthier everyday eating habits. She encouraged me to read labels at the grocery store and questioned me about the balance between stress and rest in my life. I highly recommend her for any nutritional and lifestyle needs you have.
Suanne is not only passionate about good nutrition; she passes that enthusiasm along to others. A good healthcare provider must also be a good teacher, and that describes Suanne. She wisely avoids fads and miracle cures while counseling that we have to listen to what our own bodies are telling us. Suanne backs up her recommendations with sound science and doesn’t rely on the same old advice that has caused so many to develop long-term health problems. We are what we eat, and Suanne helps people learn to eat right!
